I have been using Protein 29 for about 20 years. The original product was a firm, clear greenish gel. The product I have received over the last 3 to 4 years has been partially liquified which makes it difficult to apply to my hair evenly. I have noticed the tubes have a 2019 date stamp at the end. Either the product is old or has been stored improperly or is from a bad batch by the manufacturer but in any case it is no longer the same consistency as before and does not work as well when it is runny. I used to be able to find it on drug store and grocery store shelves, but those retailers have not carried it for 5 or more years. I have ordered it from you before this most recent order...then tried an order from Amazon, then back to you but it has been the same consistency from everywhere. Reviews online mention the same complaint.
