How to Ship a Repair
1. Include our Repair Form or a note with your repair(s) that clearly states your name, return address, phone number, email address and reason for the repair / issues you’re having with your machine(s).
2. Package your repair(s) in a box for safe transit to us.
3. Send your package to the address shown below.

When shipping repairs PLEASE include a note with your name, return address, email address & phone number. We require that all repairs are paid within 30 days upon completion. ANY UNPAID REPAIRS will be disposed of after 60 days. We are not responsible for any lost packages to or from our facility. For more information please email repairs@wbbarber.com.
Warranty: All repairs include a 30 day warranty.
