How to Ship a Repair
- Fill out our Repair Form and include it with your item(s), or write a note that clearly states your name, return address, phone number, email address, and a description of the issue(s) you're having.
- Pack your item(s) securely in a box to protect them during shipping.
- Send your package to the address below.
Free shipping applies to repair orders totaling $85 or more. If your repair total is under $85, you're welcome to add products or supplies to your shipment to help offset return shipping costs.

Payment & storage: Completed repairs not paid for within 30 days will incur a $5/week storage fee until paid in full. If a repair (including any accrued storage fees) remains unpaid 60 days after completion, we reserve the right to dispose of the item without further notice or obligation to the customer.
Shipping liability: We are not responsible for packages lost in transit to or from our facility. Contact repairs@wbbarber.com with any questions.
Warranty: All repairs are covered by a 30-day warranty.
Repair quotes: We only provide a repair quote when the estimated repair cost is equal to or greater than the cost of purchasing the item new. For repairs below that threshold, we proceed with the work without a separate quote.
