Description
The Oster brush tube assembly with red lead #42432 is a vintage replacement component historically used in older Oster universal motor appliances, such as professional clippers or massagers, to house and insulate the motor's carbon brushes.

Function: Holds the carbon brush and spring securely against the motor commutator while providing electrical insulation via the tube housing.
Red Lead: Refers to the attached insulated wire lead used to connect the brush to the internal circuitry.
